Pack your cargo and include a cargo declaration from. This tells us the value of your cargo.
The value declared in the form will be used to compensate you for each item if any issues occur, it will also be used to determine the clearing and customs duty, which is fixed at 10% of the declared value for all cargo.

Houston Residents

Drop off anytime from 9am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday) or 9am to 7pm on Fridays.

Simply tell us your assigned unit number when you drop off your package. You can also drop off for others but must know their assigned unit number.
You will be provided a cargo drop off form that you fill and sign as evidence to show that cargo has been dropped off.
In few hours, we will upload your cargo to your assigned warehouse and you will be able to pay instantly.

Atlanta Residents

Drop off anytime from 11am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday).
Our address 5436 Riverdale Road, Suite D. College Park, Atlanta, Georgia, GA - 30349, USA. (Beside Buka 2 Restaurant and Opposite Happy Market African Food Store).
Simply tell us your assigned unit number when you drop off your package. You can also drop off for your friends and family but you must know their unit number.
You will be provided a cargo drop off form that you fill and sign as evidence to show that cargo has been dropped off.
In few hours, we will upload your cargo to your assigned warehouse and you will be able to pay instantly.

Other Locations in the US

Address the package to your assigned address and send to us using any local US delivery company (USPS, Fedex or UPS). Ensure your unit number is part of the address.
Whether its items bought online to be shipped overseas, or your excess luggage, simply use your assigned warehouse address as your shipping address to send it to us.
Include the receipt of purchase of items been shipped. If receipt is not available, us the cargo declaration to tell us the declared value of your shipment.
Once received, your items are loaded into your warehouse within 24 hours. You will get an email/SMS alert, and can login to verify and ensure that all items shipped to us are 100% updated correctly.
Carefully review what is updated in your warehouse to be sure there is no error before making payment.
Our system will constantly update you with email/SMS alerts as your package travel home to your loved ones. You will never need to call for updates.
